回憶蛋把人生裡值得留下的事情，變成一個會陪你的世界。遇到好事寫下來，它會變成一顆蛋；遇到難過的事，陪你的小生物會從你的好回憶裡扭出一顆蛋給你。
常見問題
換手機、重裝之後，買過的東西怎麼拿回來？
打開 App，到「設定 → 購買 → 恢復購買」（購買面板下方也有）。訂閱和擴充蛋架會回來，訂閱期間的每月道具、季節限定道具也會照 App Store 的訂閱紀錄補回道具箱。要用買的時候登入的同一個 Apple ID。
怎麼取消或更改訂閱？
在 App 的「設定 → 購買 → 管理訂閱」，或 iPhone 的「設定 → 你的名字 → 訂閱」。取消之後，這一期結束前都還能使用；之後軟萌主題會換回繪本，拿到的生物和道具都會留著。退款請到 Apple 的 reportaproblem.apple.com。
我的回憶存在哪裡？你們看得到嗎？
回憶存在你的手機裡，登入 iCloud 時也會同步到你自己的 iCloud。我們沒有伺服器，看不到你寫的任何字。同一個 Apple ID 的 iPhone、iPad 會看到一樣的回憶；換新手機第一次打開時，會問你要不要把 iCloud 上的回憶放回來。設定頁的「iCloud 同步」看得到同步到哪裡了。
刪掉 App 會怎樣？
有開 iCloud 的話，重新安裝後選「放回來」，回憶、蛋、生物和小禮物都會回來。沒開 iCloud 的話，這些都會不見，我們也沒辦法救回。訂閱和擴充蛋架都可以用「恢復購買」拿回來。
可以鎖住，不讓別人打開嗎？
可以。到「設定 → 隱私」打開 Face ID（或 Touch ID、手機密碼）鎖，打開 App 時要先解鎖。
蛋架滿了怎麼辦？
孵化一顆蛋就有位子，排隊的回憶會依序變成蛋。也可以買一次「擴充蛋架 +3 格」，蛋架從 9 格變 12 格。
最近很難受，怎麼辦？
回憶蛋是記錄生活和陪伴的工具，不是醫療服務，不能取代專業協助。可以找一個信任的人說說話、先讓自己待在安全的地方，或聯絡當地的心理支持資源。有立即的危險時，請聯絡當地的緊急服務。

FAQ
I got a new phone or reinstalled the app. How do I get my purchases back?
Open the app and go to Settings → Purchases → Restore Purchases (it's also at the bottom of the purchase sheet). Your subscription and Egg Shelf +3 come back, and the monthly and seasonal toys from the months you were subscribed go back into your toy box, based on your App Store subscription history. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
In the app, go to Settings → Purchases → Manage Subscription, or on your iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions. After you cancel, you can keep using it until the end of the current period. After that, the Candy Capsule theme switches back to Storybook, and the critters and toys you got stay yours. For refunds, use Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com.
Where are my memories kept? Can you see them?
Your memories are kept on your phone, and synced to your own iCloud when you're signed in to iCloud. We don't run any servers and never see a single word you write. iPhones and iPads on the same Apple ID see the same memories, and the first time you open the app on a new phone, it asks whether to bring your iCloud memories back. You can check the latest sync in Settings → iCloud Sync.
What happens if I delete the app?
If iCloud is on, tap "Bring back" after you reinstall, and your memories, eggs, critters, and little gifts come back. If iCloud is off, they're gone, and we have no way to bring them back. Your subscription and Egg Shelf +3 come back with Restore Purchases.
Can I lock the app?
Yes. Turn on the Face ID (or Touch ID / passcode) lock in Settings → Privacy, and the app asks you to unlock when it opens.
My egg shelf is full. What now?
Hatch an egg to make room, and memories waiting in line turn into eggs in order. You can also buy Egg Shelf +3 once to go from 9 spots to 12.
I've been feeling really down. What should I do?
Memory Egg is a little tool for keeping good things and some company. It isn't a medical service and can't replace professional help. Try talking to someone you trust, getting to a safe place, or reaching out to local support services. If you are in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services.
